I’m enjoying my second bottle of Scapa 10 year old this evening (not all in one sitting). A straight up the middle drink without too much bite, very little peat, and a nice oak/vanilla-ey finish . . . at least to my untrained yank taste buds. I am having it on the rocks. $80/bottle so I take my time.
